ACE Controls Limited was established on 5 March 2009 with a clear focus on building technologies that support dependable, efficient facility operation.
From HVAC control systems to integrated building management platforms, we combine engineering design, system integration, installation, testing, commissioning and ongoing technical support. Our experience spans pharmaceutical manufacturing, healthcare, commercial towers, hospitality and industrial facilities across Bangladesh.
Our multidisciplinary work includes Siemens Desigo CC and APOGEE technologies, DDC-based automation, approved third-party system interfaces, fire detection and alarm, fire protection, and related building systems. Project capabilities and delivered scope vary by contract.
We emphasize disciplined engineering, reliable operation, accountable delivery and practical lifecycle support—not simply equipment supply.

ACE Controls works on pharmaceutical and other demanding facilities where stable conditions, accountable alarms, historical data and controlled technical changes matter. We support both new installations and the recovery and modernization of operating systems.
Critical HVAC & monitoring
Temperature, relative humidity and differential pressure monitoring; AHU control, room-condition alarms and equipment integration.
Alarms, trends & data retention
Alarm diagnosis, trend collection, historical storage, reporting, backups and records needed for engineering review and operational traceability.
Commissioning & modernization
Controller upgrades, legacy migration, testing, fault recovery and documentation supporting site-specific qualification and change-control processes.
Qualification, GMP compliance and validated status are site-specific. ACE Controls' engineering support does not, by itself, constitute certification or regulatory approval of any facility or system.

Leading ACE Controls Limited since 5 March 2009
G M Ehsanul Haq has served as Managing Director of ACE Controls Limited since its establishment on 5 March 2009. He combines executive leadership with direct engineering involvement in building automation and integrated building management systems.
His work includes the design, commissioning, integration and advanced troubleshooting of building control systems. His hands-on platform experience spans Johnson Controls Metasys and Facility Explorer, Trend (Honeywell), Tridium, Delta Controls, Siemens APOGEE and Siemens Desigo.
He has worked on projects involving the United States, Canada, the United Kingdom, Australia and India through remote collaboration and on-site engineering activities. He remains involved in solving complex technical challenges, with a focus on operational reliability and accountable project delivery.

Siemens publishes a No False Alarm Guarantee for qualifying ASAtechnology detectors, subject to product, region, procurement, installation and maintenance terms.
