Our contribution
ACE Controls Limited was engaged as the specialist building automation contractor for Ninakabbo, delivering a comprehensive HVAC Automation & Control system using Siemens Building Management System (BMS) technology — ensuring optimal climate performance, energy efficiency, and centralized monitoring across all floors of the tower. In addition, ACE Controls designed and commissioned a full Siemens Fire Detection & Alarm System, providing robust life- safety coverage, early warning capabilities, and compliance with international fire safety standards throughout the entire building.
